GPA is a bit low but no big deal. If you can get your ACT to 33+ that’ll be great. I think your EC’s are pretty good, I just worry about the depth. Since you have so many, I hope that a few (1-3) are very involved and in depth. That is more important than having a lot of ECs (which doesn’t hurt though). I think you stand a solid chance. I think if you discuss your background and moving to America with the context of a particular EC that is meaningful then you’ll make a great essay. Good luck! I think you have a good chance

Work on the timing for the science section of the ACT and you will bumped that score way up. My daughter said to just focus on the graphs and not read the text of the questions to get through it in time. If you can get that ACT score up, you’ll be in the ballpark.
I also played soccer for 5 years till 10th grade and trained in Indian Classical music for 9 years. Does this help me?
