@heatedchimera I go on this thread in class too, I haven’t done any of my essays or assessments because senioritis. Idk what I will do if I get rejected. I have my Lehigh and Syracuse safety schools in progress just in case the worst happens though.

Btw any IB students here who are succumbing to the overwhelming pressure at this point of time with the EE and TOK essays? Just me?

I don’t take the full diploma so I don’t have to deal with TOK essays and the EE hahaha
We did most of our IAs in Junior year, EE done november
@SaifoSehamy Yes, my EE was just due, TOK EA is due this week and a rough draft of history IA next week. So I feel your pain lol.

Guys, how did you spend your senior summer? I just worked at a local ice-cream shop (since I had to earn money) and I’m stressing now

Went to a 10 day college admissions prep at Columbia. Didn’t like it honestly but got a lot of stuff done. I traveled all the way from Bolivia to NY (14 flight hours) and I was controlled way too much. I wasn’t allowed to roam around the university alone and lights out was at 10. 10 P.M.! I wasn’t allowed to take taxis or the subway so I barely got to travel NY. (I was 17 at the time)
P.S. The dorm I got was filthy and tiny. Didn’t like the campus at all, just the location.
i see the date “12/10” on my school’s rolling notices/announcements TV screens and i just slowly turn away each time and my heart starts racing again
