@CornMine APUSH apocalypse #same
is anyone else telling themselves like every five minutes they’re not getting in so either result wont give me a bad sort of heart attack
@polyglot05 for 2019 the 25% is 650 and the 75% is 750
@polyglot05 the school publishes the stats on their website. this is the engineering school’s stats: http://www.engineering.cornell.edu/admissions/undergraduate/why_cornell/class_profiles.cfm you can probably find the others elsewhere in similar locations.
Anyone applying for AEM???
I’m School of Hotel Administration. Does anyone actually know when it is coming out? i have heard either the 10th or the 15th and getting very anxious.
@FZM777 Literally me, I want to work on my other essays and stuff but then I can’t do anything properly because whenever I do anything related to colleges Cornell pops up in my head and it’s just ugh. I need to know if I got accepted or not to start working on other stuff.
all my scores are below 50% range :(( did everyone else here get in that range…? my scores are closer to 25% range…
It also depends on the school you applied to and your fit so test scores aren’t always reflective
but I got a little below 75% for act, then sat below 50% and like 90% or something
@letmeincollege11 Another hotelie!
I’ve also heard both. Does anyone know the date for SHA?
Guys they accepted my financial aid thank god, but it says it has been initiated. I sent my parents 2014 tax return on their online attachment area though, so I dont know what im missing.
Their asking for parents and my prior year tax return. I dont even have one, and tips :)?
@Tryharding 90%??
then you must have like 2300 sat… I am jealous ! xD
Guys, I’m really freaking out xD Plus I’m also indian so I can’t help but thinking that it is going to put me at a disadvantage compared to all the others.
Exactly 6 days 5 hours and 20 minutes left, goddamnit I can’t imagine getting accepted, If I do my whole life will change completely as I’ve been living in India for 17 years and just thinking of going and staying in the US for like 4 is really scary/exciting and gives me goosebumps. I don’t think I can make it to Cornell though, it just seems like a dream.
@tyronium I know how you feel. The chance of living in the US for 4 years is the scariest but coolest feeling in the world!
Can someone plz help me out, posted above
Do you know if it is typically more difficult for international students to get in? Just curious
@rebellax7 Yep. There are limited seats for internationals and very high competition for them.
S3 applied ED last year and was also deferred. He decided not to apply ED2 to another school and wait for a Cornell decision. Was eventially accepted for January/Spring 2016 admit. He attended a local CC this fall and is looking forward to going up to Ithaca on January 20 as a second semester freshman and joining the Class of 2019. It was an extremely long process of many ups and downs. There will be some of you who will admitted and many will be rejected. There will also be some of you who will be deferred. The process will not necessary end next week and be ready to deal with a deferral of your application as well.
