I’d think that Cornell would have servers prepared for the flow of people checking the website for tomorrow, they are an Ivy League institution, after all.
If you go to https://decision.applyyourself.com/?id=cornellu and click forgot your password and then put in your email, you will get an email that tells you your PIN which should be sent tomorrow and a link to set up a password.
You can’t actually view your decision because when you log in it will tell you decisions will be available March 31 at 5:00pm but you can have your PIN and password ready now so you won’t have to wait until you get an email with your PIN tomorrow.
Will deferred applicants use the same log in information as ED decisions?
