Cornell Class of 2024 ED

Does anyone know how the submission of financial aid information would affect admissions? Not exactly how much your expected to pay, but I thought I submitted my CSS profile back in November, but I just received an email this morning saying that I hadn’t done so. I’m really scared now and feel like I screwed myself over.

Applying for financial aid is separate from the admissions application, so it wouldn’t affect your chances of getting in! I’d say to complete your financial aid stuff as soon as possible. Don’t worry, you got this ?

Has anyone tried putting their email in here to see if it works?

checklist is gone for me

Mine is also

me too

Thought the site was glitching when my checklist disappeared but i guess it’s not. What does it mean?

@firefume I think it’s just because decisions are going to be posted in two days so there’s really no need for you to be able to see your checklist at this point. If something’s not in it’s too late as the majority if not all of the decisions have been made

Does anyone know if not receiving an e-mail asking for more financial aid documents means rejection?
I know that receiving one probably means acceptance, but does NOT receiving one mean rejection?

(International)

no…the two offices are separate…and you may have sent all they need.

i submitted all mine through idoc. only 1/3 get audited for more and i hear it’s random

Same ^ I think it is random

Can Someone please chance me Thank you so much

Hello, I am wondering about the email that is supposed to come a few days before decision day. If this year is like the past, I should have received one by now but I haven’t. Has anyone received such an email? Should I be worried?

@evycollegeapps I don’t think you should be worried about that bc none of us recieved that email

Hey guys! I have been following this thread for the past week becoming very anxious about Cornell’s ED decisions tomorrow. I wanted to relieve some stress from all of you if you didn’t already know: on Cornell’s website, where they posted the decision date, it states, “You will be able to view your decision online, via your Application Status Page…” So I am almost positive they have changed the setup this year and we will not be getting the email they have sent in past years with a new login for the decision. The Application Status Page is the page where all of our checklists were then disappeared. Hope this is helpful:)

Yikes

maybe you are in and that is why they are reaching out for CSS…did Cornell reach out?

I was wondering if the College of Engineering ever offered guaranteed transfer options (TOs). I know that CALS , ILR, and CAS do that. But what about COE?
