CORNELL COLLEGE OF HUMAN ECOLOGY- HBHS OR HD????

HI! this may be a little delayed but I’m a senior looking towards HBHS but Im super conflicted between HBHS and HD… My post undergrad plans probably include PA school and from what I know either major would be fitting given that I take the prereqs. SO im just wondering would applying HBHS place me in a more competitive pool of applicants than applying HD? I really want to get into Cornell CHE because I love EVERYTHING about it but I’m worried that because I’m not pre med I have a lesser chance of getting into CHE with HBHS. Also is HBHS rigorous to the point where itll be impossible to land a good GPA? I have a good work ethic but as you can see I’m paranoid about everything. These might be really stupid questions but right now I need some hope to write a good ass supplement whether it be for HBHS or HD! THANK YOU

HD is more psychology, and HBHS is more BIO, If you want to be a therapist/psychologist, then I recommend HD

I’ve met many people at Cornell in HumEc in HBHS and HD and WERE NOT premed. Not indicating premed wont put you at a disadvantage in HumEc. Your chances of getting in are not higher with one major over the other. Choose the one that correlates the most with your extracurriculars and professional goals.
