I am applying to Cornell. Common Application has got these teacher evaluation forms, mid year report and school report. But my school teachers have written their own recommendation letters and mid year report cards. So if submit them, would it suffice?
Also do I need to submit the international supplement because Cornell is not asking for it?</p>

<p>Teacher evaluation must go to each recommender to fill and then give to guidance. This is a separate form from letter of recommendation. Mid year and Final report must go to guidance also. They will send this out to the colleges when these reports are ready. Found out the hard way as a scrambling parent. Good Luck!</p>

<p>Are you sure? Cause I submitted my international supplement for the ED round. Wow that sucks I just wasted my time.</p>
<p>Well I saw their brochure, it said that though international supplement is not needed it will be added to your file if it is sent.</p>
