Cornell Confusion

I am unclear about the essay part for transfers for Cornell. On the common application it has the "Why Cornell" essay. But, when I look at the supplement to the common applcation I see two additional essays which say:

College of Arts and Sciences Applicants Only:
Choose and discuss a quotation or personal motto that reflects your values and beliefs and tells us something about the kind of person you are.
Your response should total approximately 500 to 750 words.

Academic Interest Essays (all applicants to complete)
Please answer the questions below. Your response should total approximately 500 to 750 words.
• Tell us what you’d like to major in at Cornell and why.
• How has your past academic or work experience influenced your decision?
• How would transferring to Cornell further your academic interests?

Are we supposed to do all of them? My "Why Cornell" essay pretty much covers everything. Yes, I am applying to CAS.

Yes. Answer all three parts in an essay of appx. 500-750 words.

Two essays for CAS applicants total.

2 750 word essays.
2nd essay should hit the three points.

So I only write a TOTAL of two essays, correct me if I am wrong. I just write the CAS essay and the "Why" essay and NOT the academic interests essay? Any just for curiosity, any idea how high the acceptance rate is for Cornell CAS? Any idea what the "easiest" school is to get in at Cornell?

1)You write the CAS specific essay and then the Academic Interests essay (which discusses why you want to transfer). You also write the common application essay (I believe).

2)The acceptance rate for CAS is 8%. I would think the three most underpopulated programs in CAS are the African Studies, Medieval Studies and Renaissance Studies programs. Such programs (or African American studies) are lower populated in some top universities.
