Cornell Deferres class of 2013.. yes we deserve a thread too

<p>Post your stats and why you think you got deferred.</p>

<p>Primary: ILR
Secondary: CALS</p>

<p>SAT: 650 cr, 670 m, 710 w (although the SAT I sent Cornell had a 640 in math, I need to send them the new scores.)
710 Math I
GPA: School doesn't calculate but its around 3.75
Essays: Really Good, I put a lot of work into them, especially my common app but the Cornell ones were pretty good as well.
Teacher recs- I don't know we don't get to see them but I think they were pretty good though nothing outstanding.
Counselor rec- Also fine, nothing outstanding</p>

<p>Also what are you guys doing about being deferred or have already done? My counselor told me that I shouldn't really do anything but I have heard from a lot of other that you need to show a lot of interest now. What's good and what's pushing it?</p>

<p>Oh and I think I got deferred because of my SAT scores, which are much too low for Cornell, especially in Math.</p>
