Please let me know if I stand any sort of chance. Despite being very passionate about music, I know my ECs are not really focused on my intended major. How much will this hinder my application?

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: essay will be about my dad battling cancer.

you seem to be good for ED, lots of kids from my school with muuuch lower stats have gotten in (not to say yours are bad, theyre very good). UPenn and Duke are wildcards for almost everyone, but youre definitely competitive there. Youre in at Pitt, UConn, Bing, and UMD. UNC will be hard cause they rarely accept OOS kids. I don’t know too much about Villanova, but you seem really competitive at BC. i think your ACT is above the 75th percentile average at all these schools

I agree with @ard1995. One thing I’d like to mention is in regard to the last thing you added about the essay and writing about your dad battling cancer. Be careful with this. Don’t just write about your dad and his cancer battle. If you do, the admissions officers will say, “OK, so what?”. I know that’s harsh, but its true. You need to explain how that affected you in a specific way and why it did.

Thanks for the responses guys, and I agree @pixels. The focus of my essay is how it affected me and how I will be able to handle tougher obstacles like college as a result.

About an average chance; AEM is probably the most competitive program in Cornell. What do you think your percentile is? (top 1%, 2-4% 5%, 10%, etc

Well there’s about 700 kids in my graduating class. Top 5% would be around the top 35 students so I think that’s a pretty safe bet, probably a little higher.

Just an update, I will probably be applying to Georgetown instead of UNC. Not sure if I should take another SAT II since Georgetown requires three, and I have two solid scores and one kinda crappy one.
