Rec Letters

  • AP Physics I: the best student in her class and performed outstandingly in the science league, which my teacher cares a lot about. The teacher seems to love me as both of our interest center around nerdy physics - 10/10
  • APUSH: the joker; participated a lot and was humorous (more like I was getting roasted all the time), but didn’t get an A-range grade. I think he knows I at least tried hard as a non-native American - would rate 8.5/10
  • AP Calc BC: the only student to skp 2 levels of math in the school; very positive guy - 9.5/10

Extra Info:
Ethnicity: Asian
Gender: Male
Anything unique: I lived in Germany for 5 years in middle school years…, love airplanes, play soccer. I am writing my essays based on these two topics in general… I also wrote Cornell supp based on global warming issue and tied it to my research done over summer

Any other college I’m looking into (just like any other engineering kid): MIT, Caltech, U Mich, Ga Tech, UIUC, RPI, Columbia, Purdue, U Penn, etc

Thank you so much!

I think you look good for Cornell ED. My daughter was admitted RD with lesser stats. That was 2 years ago, so I’m not sure if is has changed since. I would think U Mich and Georgia Tech are good too (based on my D). Good luck!
