Cornell Engineering v. Fordham Business full tuition

I'm having trouble deciding between Cornell Engineering (will major in Electrical or Chemical Engineering) or Fordham's business school. In both instances I will be doing premed on top of my normal major, or at least intend to. I've visited both schools and loved both. I can see myself being happy at both.

Fordham
-As an Asian-American, the diversity at Fordham is a bit of a concern, and although I have nothing against Jesuit ideals, it's not something I'm really looking for.
-I've heard the housing is troublesome. I've heard that it's strict, especially in guest visiting and male/female dorms, etc. Also I did not hear any mention of a housing match survey for roommates.
-How does Fordham handle students who choose to live off-campus? Do they help them find apartments? How does the cost compare?
-How many Fordham business graduates find a job? I'm concerned with the strength and practicality of my degree if I choose to drop premed for whatever reason or if I am not accepted into a medical school.

Cornell
-Fordham is only 40 mins away from my current house while Cornell is upwards of 4 hours. While I don't see myself being homesick at all, this does make scheduling guest visits more troublesome.
-The campus didn't appeal to me quite as much as Fordham's did, probably due to size/order. Although this difference isn't all too substantial.
-Cost is the big one. After financial aid, it's still a $33000 family contribution per year and $8000 of loans, subject to change. I'm not sure if $32000 in loans is considered a lot over 4 years, but I will have medical school loans to add to that in the future. At Fordham I would only need to worry about living expenses.
-Workload is another concern. I don't think I'll have too much trouble with the work at Cornell, but I do still have concerns over the time it would take up.
-Cornell lacks access to NYC. Leisure-wise, how does Ithaca compare?

Thank you for taking the time to address my concerns and answer my questions. I hope opinions and informations from you all will help me to be able to make a more informed choice.

You might be unemployed coming out of Fordham with a business degree. But you will have multiple high paying job offers coming out of Cornell Engineering. I would choose Cornell without a doubt.

There is a pretty big difference between majoring in engineering and majoring in business. Which do you really want to major in, or is it all subordinate to getting into medical school?

If you see yourself happy at both…and are having trouble choosing…why would you NOT choose the one at which you have full tuition?

Most schools have an off-campus housing office, and I am fairly certain that Fordham does as well.

Not necessarily. I know several engineering majors at my university right now (also an Ivy) who don’t have any job offers.

I agree with ucbalumnus that there is a vast difference between majoring in engineering and majoring in business. You must have a preference. Figure out what you want to study, then pick the appropriate college.
