Cornell engineering vs Georgetown sfs

I have been accepted to Cornell engineering and Georgetown SFS and am not sure what to do. I genuinely like Georgetown better and enjoy the idea of working as a diplomat/etc but I have heard this career path can be unstable. Cornell offers me a stable career path (eng) plus ivy league status which I shouldn't care about but do.
Anyone got advice on this???

Go with what makes you happiest, I know a person who turned down a full ride at Princeton to go to UNF because he liked it more. Also, Gtown SFS has a lot more career opportunities than diplomat or state department, it will just help you get those positions
