<p>you gotta weigh the importance of city access to rural area (if this matters at all)</p>
<p>if money is tight remember that financial aid does not include TRANSPORTATION…at northwestern you’ll have acess to o’hare (major airport) </p>
<p>where as in ithaca you will have to either catch a bus/shuttle to syracuse airport and then fly from there…or pay about $100-400 more to fly out of ithaca :(</p>

<p>Not true. Financial aid provides for transportation at the beginning and the end of term. Sure, Cornell’s not going to pay for you to travel home for three days over Fall Break, but there’s still stuff to do on campus over breaks.</p>

<p>Better for what? Education? Social life? Extracurricular opportunities? Skiing on weekends? Going to clubs in the city? Taking courses outside your major? Switching majors?</p>
<p>I think in all aspects. I left my statement quite broad because I want to gain information on all fronts about each school.</p>
