Cornell Engineering vs. UT Engineering

I’ve been accepted to both and plan on doing chemical engineering. What are your thoughts on how the two compare in the following areas:

Quality of professors/curriculum

Workload

Undergraduate research opportunities

Overall quality of life

Class sizes

Number of classes taught by TA’s

Any other relevant information would be appreciated. Thanks.

i'm not sure about the specifics
but i would choose UT because of its stronger program and cheaper tuition

On what evidence are you basing your comment that UT has a stronger program?

well it might not be as strong, but you can't go wrong with either one. So if they are equal, go to Cornell to throw away a couple more thousands of dollars. Or you can go to UT for a fun time, more financial freedom, and in a better location(My opinion).

Faxanadue, are you a college student and if so, what school are you attending?

no, im not a college student.
