Same. I really want my decision before I go back to Thailand for the summer since I want to bring Cornell’s apparel along with me LOOOL (IFFFFF I get accepted)
i’ve just been refreshing my email for 3 weeks straight lol
Rejected
rejected Non-GT, CAS Econ, crying
@Texxas I submitted common app on 3.15 and mid-term report on 4.13. Tried the pin trick tonight at 10:30 and got the actual notification email at 11. Good luck on your application!
My Financial Aid To Do List just went from nothing to a login to Oracle, then back to nothing. Does this mean anything? Has anyone had anything similar happen?
@OrangeHope18 what is the pin trick?
Any engineering applicants get a decision today?!?!?
@mattmckenney7 yes this has happened to me. I usually just close the tab and log in again and it usually works. It seems to be a glitch or something.
@ChadisWack Nope still waiting! Did you?
yea @mattmckenney7 that’s been happening for me for the past month, I just do what collegerose does
Yeah… if I can’t get into Cornell I’m definitely not getting into my other schools LOL. Tbf though I only applied to tough top tiers so it’s all good. Nice talking to you all!
Has anyone being accepted for AEM?
@idfwmyschool where else did u apply
@caroh23 I don’t think anyone has been accepted/rejected for AEM yet The struggle is real
@arianaaaaa go to https://decision.applyyourself.com/fl_login.aspx?id=cornellu. Click “forgot password” and enter your email. It will say your pin can’t be located when your decision hasn’t been made, or give you a time when your decision can be viewed.
Did anyone who got their admission decision today try the Pin Trick last night?? If so, did it show that your decision was going to be out today? Curious if I should keep trying it!
Hey dude don’t be that pessimistic. I am in the same boat and I got rejected by Cornell at 10 this morning lol. I am from a top 40 university with a 4.0 GPA and 4.0 midterm report applying for CAS anthropology. I have gone through your stats and they are definitely strong. You are no doubt qualified for Cornell. But unfortunately, our applications were probably viewed together with those GTs, which gives us a huge disadvantage as AO always needs to maintain a certain admit rate of each wave. That means, once GTs fill all the spots in this wave, we have zero chances to get in no matter how good/qualified we are lol ( I might be wrong but this is exactly what I thought). Therefore, sumbitting materials late to avoid “competing” with GT might be a good strategy when applying to Cornell. My stuffs were all checked off early April. What about you?
@idkwmyschool
If this is the right way to @ someone lol. I am new here.
I agree with you, @RivenLeeXD! @idfwmyschool, you still have high chances of being accepted into your other top-tier schools… even being qualified enough to apply to Cornell is awesome! Stay positive & good luck to you both
