<p>I received a fee waiver from cornell because I applied to a summer program there.</p>
<p>However, the waiver is a small card with a signature on it. It doesn't have any numbers or anything.</p>
<p>I'm planning on applying online through common app, so what do I do with this? Do I have to send in a paper common app? </p>
