Basically my application status says they only have my common app. Not my recommendations, supplement, etc.

Same thing for me when I first got my appID, which was the 29th or 30th. Coincidentally, today, my appID profile updated and it now indicates that they got everything except my test scores…
So I think for you they should indicate that they have all of your stuff by the end of this week, assuming they work at the same pace that they worked at for me.
I expect they’ll have my test scores by the end of this week as well, assuming the scores get a move on through the mail…

You have 'till mid November until Cornell starts asking you for stuff they haven’t gotten yet, don’t worry too much!
Do not worry. Cornell admissions will notify you by mid November is anything is missing from your application. You need to be a bit patient, as they are processing thousands of ED applications.
