Just curious, who here is applying to the Hotel school? ED or RD stats?

RD. SAT's to be released soon. A average. Attended the Summer College at Cornell this summer and a Hotel School professor is writing me a rec.

I am not applying to the school, however, you have made a very wise decision. The hotel school at Cornell is one of the best with access to Ivy League research facilities... I am positive you will enjoy your experience at the Cornell school of Hotel Management.

i'm applying ED =]

SAT I: 1450
II's : 800, 710, 780
3.8 ~ 3.9 unweighted.

I'm applying ED, too!! :) Good luck, let me know your results and I'll let you know mine come December... ahhhh so many days, so many days await us!

hotel school puts a lot of emphasis on experiences. i have a friend in it that only had a 3.0 hs gpa, but he had a lot of experiences.

hey, some of you might remember me from this time last year... i was stressing over hotel ED. i dont get when people apply hotel as RD.. where else are you considering? i can tell you that a mass of the incoming class come in as ED kids so they are hardcore serious about coming here. i can also tell you that grades and gpa, class rank, although they do set a basic standard, they cannot determine if a student makes it in or not. this is such an amazing school, and I mean not only cornell as a university, but the hotel school. people are so proud to be hotelies its amazing, and i wish u guys who are applying and really want to get in that you make it to campus next year. the professors are wonderful and the classes are so fun and you learn so much (spoken from someone who hated school).

Hey anyone know if the SAT scores from October 9th will reach Cornell by November 1st?

And I hope all of you get in, I'd love to school at the Hotel school with you! :)

i wonder how many get in ED... are there statistics available?
