Cornell Human Ecology SAT IIs not required

I am going to be applying to Cornell's College of Human Ecology as a Human Development major early decision on November 1st. CHE does not require SAT II Subject Tests. I've only taken Math II, which I got a 710 on, not a great score. I will be retaking Math II and taking Biology M (for the first time) on November 8th (in order to apply to other schools regular decision if Cornell doesn't work out). Should I send Cornell my Math II score even if it's that low? Or will it hurt me more not to send any subject tests, even if no subject tests are required for CHE?
