<p>yes it is true and they have a contest on like 4 favors and students vote for the best and that becomes the ice cream of the season, or something likethat a current student could tell you more</p>

<p>I'd say it's on par with Ben and Jerry's. . .It really is good stuff. I haven't made it to the dairy bar yet, but they have cornell ice cream in the dining halls. Big fan of kahlua fudge, mint chocolate chip, or bavarian raspberry.</p>
<p>If your in the Ithaca area, also try Purity ice cream, which is the local ice cream. Also really good stuff (you can get it right in the school convinience store). . .They make a green tea ice cream which, surprisingly, is really good as well.</p>

<p>Holy GOD!!! It's amazing... It's so creamy.. ah, it's so good. Definitely something to look forward to next year... I make sure I have time to get to the dairy bar whenever I go up to campus-they serve little single serving cups-I LOVE their chocolate chip mint.</p>
<p>It's really really good. I visited this summer and got to try some. Far better than Penn State's (which I tried when I went there with a school organization). I don't eat ice cream that much, but it was good.</p>
<p>I heard there's this competition every year and students make all sorts of ice cream and they judge the ice cream and winners have even had their flavors sold in the shop. Yeah.</p>
