Hi, i was wondering what exactly Cornell wants in the resume for the ilr school. like just extracurriculars, work, etc? Can anyone who has had experience or is applying to ILR help. Thanks!! I appreciate it

Accepted to ILR
i wrote three activities on my resume: track, volunteering, and a job.
I kept mine within a one page limit and half of it was an intro(name, address, gpa, school, when graduate) at the top of the page

there’s this pdf file that says that ILR suggest u send one. It’s not required, but recommended

“strongly recommended” = do it

okay this is gonna sound crazy lol but i’m still deciding whether or not ilr is right for me. like, i’m into the curriculum they have and all, but i’m not entirely sure if this is a “fit.” anyone help?? lol. thanks for the responses above though!!

i elaborated on the ECs listed on my commonapp and made reference to leadership positions within these activities. i also made note of my involvement in various service organizations, which is what takes up the bulk of my time, and a small reference to my job as a camp counselor
