Hi, I'm a senior at a Long Island high school. I have a 3.73 GPA on a 4.0 scale and a 3.9 Weighted GPA. My school does not rank. I am in national honor society, and have done debate club for the past 4 years. I have done a lot of volunteer work with kids and in hospitals plus two paid jobs and an internship. I have taken two APs in which I got 4's on and am taking 4 this year. My highest sat score is 780; 650 math, 690 reading and 750 writing. I am a really good writer and will able to write a good essay but am worried my school grades will fall a bit short. I wish to apply to Cornell's ILR school, which has to do with labor relations and law.

What are my chances if I apply early decision?
