<p>Is Information Science a popular major at CALS? Is it easier to get into than AEM?</p>
<p>well I'm currently an Information Science major in CALS. when i applied, AEM was my first choice and IS was my 2nd. I got into IS, so i guess it is easier to get into (at least based on my profile). there are about 100 people in the IS program at CALS (excluding the IS program in Arts and ISST in Engineering), mainly because it is a relatively new major (created in 2004). if you have any other questions, feel free to PM me or send an IM.</p>
