<p>Haha...have you ever been there?? It seems like there would be a ton of stoners to me, it's like the birkenstock capital of NY (or at least has appeared that way when I've visited).</p>

<p>just so that coke isn't everywhere.. im straight with pot or alcohol cuz they really cant be placed with the other drugs. I just dont wana be surrounded by anything harder. I am keeping in mind this is Cornell</p>

<p>It's not ever legal to smoke pot in the US but it's completely dumb because at worst you will get a possession ticket (well assuming you don't have massive amounts on you) and have to pay a fine. It's a total joke that it is actually illegal. Idk why it's called pot but I don't usually call it that. :)</p>

<p>In Ann Arbor they have a day called the Hash Bash where you only get a $5 fine for possession. Not bad.</p>

<p>pot use is average at cornell, coke use is much rarer, definitely available but only if you really, really want it...there's hard drugs here just like any school but you're not going to be surrounded by them all the time</p>

<p>it's rare that you're at a party and you see/smell pot in the main areas, only if you go seeking pot will you get to smoke most times...which reminds me there's a big update on how partying is going to change at cornell next year (not in a good way)...i'll put that up soon [if i'm allowed, that is]</p>
