Hey i had a question that i hope some of oyu can answer. I am applying to this program and have already done the online app and am finished the letter of intent and will be mailing it sometime next week. Now my question is should i also include an official transcript to the letter even though they do not ask for a transcript. I feel weird not giving them a copy of my grades since on the online app they did ask for HS GPA. Also should i also send in my ec or not. The instructions on the site are vague. If they don't want any of that stuff that means getting in is all based on the letter of intent.

They said they PREFER a transcript for your math & science grades, but you can just list them on the application too. Didn't you see this on the form? I don't believe they ask for extracurriculars.

spikypufferfish, where did it say that they'd prefer if you sent in a transcript? Thanks

"should i also include an official transcript to the letter even though they do not ask for a transcript."

No you should not. Only submit what they ask for, doing otherwise may only result in them discarding your application that you cannot follow directions.

Also, I believe they asked for your science teacher's name and school fax and address. Perhaps this means they will make contact with the school should they need additional info.

Good luck

oh yeah, i was confused about that too. it seems like they really do trust all applicants to not lie about their gpa.

but then again, anyone on CC probably already has an amazing GPA, and doesn't have to lie about it.

what are the margins/font size of your essay?

i haven't started writing mine yet.

mine i exactly 1 pg 12pt regular margins.

hm it seems i was wrong. i was clearly looking at another application.

i can't get my transcripts now anyway cuz we're on break & the office is closed :/

well i sent in my app. Lets see what happens

when are they due again?
i'm too lazy to write the essay just yet. haha

march 3rd. good luck with your essay
