I'll apply (as a transfer student) to Cornell School of Engineering and I'd like to know if I stand any chances, considering:
My test scores are:

SAT 1:
Critical Reading: 710
Writing:680
Math:800

SAT2:
Math II :800
Math I :790
Physics :790
Chemistry :750
Biology :640

Toefl iBT: 110

My extracurriculars are:
- Volunteer for an organization run by Leslie Hawke (Ethan Hawke's mother), (I can get a good recommendation from her)
- Co-founder of the first fraternity in Romania
- Organizer of my college's basketball championship
- co-organizer of the prom in highschool
- football, handball, dance classes

In highschool my gpa was 3.9, but it dropped to 3.2 in the first year of college, because I had to prepare and take the SATs and the TOEFL while attending college courses. I also won 3rd price at a regional physics contest during highschool.

I won't apply for financial aid.

So, considering the above, is there any chance for me in being accepted to Cornell or should I reconsider my college choice?
