Cornell Physics ED! How low are my chances?

Hi, I’m an international senior student from the UK looking to apply for the title^. Here are my stats

Background - Indian male (whelp)

Grades - all As and A* predicted in Further Maths, Maths, Physics, and Chemistry A-levels

ACT - 34

SAT subject tests - Math II - 800 - Physics - 800

ECs:
-National Maths and Physics Olympiads, Cambridge Chemistry Challenge

-Research placement at an Indian institute over the summer

-Work as a badminton coach, and play for the county. Have won a few regional tournaments and train ~7 hours a week

-Volunteer at local Primary school. Also am a Maths and Chemistry tutor at my school.

-School Prefect, School Deputy librarian

-Duke of Edinburgh award (thing where you do a load hiking expeditions) and am part of a Scout troop in which I am a Young Leader

Teacher and counselor recs - will be on the average side of good, British teachers aren’t known to be cheerleaders for their students.

Fin Aid - I will need quite a bit (whelp #2) income < 100k

Weaknesses - not that many stellar ECs, need financial aid, am international student who is an Asian male studying Physics, teacher recs aren’t super amazing.

What are my chances, if there are any at all? I really want to study Physics at Cornell, the course looks amazing, and my actual grades aren’t too shabby. But considering my other factors, what’s a good estimate? I would really appreciate feedback, thank you so much!
