Prestige factor aside, is there a reason why I should choose Princeton over Cornell for ED? I love Cornell's wilderness atmosphere, its diversity, and large class size. What about Princeton?

Thanks

i admire that u'd choose a less prestigious school to follow your interests - wish i could say the same for myself...

Hmm you like large classes? I find that interesting...most people prefer smaller ones.

Anyway, I personally think Princeton has a better atmosphere, size and location. I love the fact that it is pretty close to both NYC and Philly, its campus is breathtaking, and it is just small enough to be comforting and have small classes, but just large enough to offer great resources and have diversity. I also think that Princeton has an edge over Cornell in its lack of a large graduate program, because Princeton is famously regarded as the most undergrad-friendly Ivy.

I initially thought that Dartmouth sounded more like what you are looking for (than Pton), but I'm not sure because it has the outdoorsy environment you are seeking, but it is smaller and probably has less diversity.

It sounds like you really like Cornell. If you like its "wilderness atmosphere", size, and diversity, then why not apply there?
