If you don’t, it doesn’t mean you won’t get in. If you do, it means you’re one of the school’s top applicants and you’ll get an acceptance. The vast majority of admitted applicants will not receive a likely letter.
Yeah, some do. I don’t know the exact percentage but I know for example, Yale only issues 200-300 likely letters even though they accept about 1,950 applicants.
do you guys know if cornell has finished sending likely letters? i remember last year a lot of ppl received the tanner dean’s scholarship for cas but no has mentioned them this year…
