This “you can come here as a sophomore if you do well somewhere else” is a crappy decision, especially for students who went all in with ED and got deferred to RD. Not impressed with that at all.

I think that waitlist is likely higher. For the traditional student, with no history of not excelling and a record of commitment and being “all in” with everything, the deferred enrollment option is IMO just junk. If you don’t get in off waitlist, you can still transfer.
