I see a 7 digit ID number but no APP21 in front, does this mean anything?

Sorry for asking again, but there are so many posts that I just couldn’t find the answer.
I searched my name and it appeared APP21 (which is standard for 2021 applicants, apparently) and after it, there are 7 numbers. Do these numbers mean anything?
I’m an international with a 1510 SAT, straight As etc but no likely though

Also due to the fact that we Indians have a special Tata scholarship at Cornell
