General Comments/Congratulations/Venting/Commiserations,etc:

No respect to those attending Cornell, its a great school. But WHO CARES? IM GOING TO HARVARD!

i even took harvard extension classes and still get reject?

what is guaranteed transfer option?

I'm pretty surprised. Looking at decision threads from past years, it appears that around 50-75% of CCers were accepted (obviously, there is a degree of self-selection in terms of who actually posts on decision threads). Looks like Cornell's being tough this year.

how fun was today! Got rejected from Brown and Cornell. Oh Well, waiting for CMU

someguyfromnyc: basically, you go to another school for a year and as long as you maintain certain grades, you can transfer to Cornell

rejected! i'm going to vandy

wo i got rejected i was surprised based on ppl who have gotten into cornell in the past
but i got into U chicago wewt
