Cornell SAT Policy

I'm planning on applying Cornell ED.
Now, on my March SAT, I scored 800M 670CR 720WR = 2190. I'm retaking in October, but I was curious whether Cornell will combine highest section scores or take the highest sitting, so I e-mailed their admissions and this is the response I got: "Cornell will look at your best scores from all your sittings"

Hmm.. so what does this mean? Highest section or highest sitting?

I believe that Cornell looks at the highest sections, not sittings. However, I'm not completely sure.

Yea, thats what I thought too, they have done that for the old SAT too haven't they?

They look at the highest sections.

Affirmative for Highest SECTIONS
