Cornell Transfer & AP Credits

Ok so i'm a freshman at Rutgers University this year doing Engineering. I have a 19 credit schedule this semester (Fall 2010-so my first semester) and i have the following AP Credit:
AP Bio-5(8 credits)
AP Environmental-4 (3 credits)
AP Psychology-4(3 credits)
College level biology some other NJ UNI(3 credits)

QUESTION 1: Do these count as Transfer Credits?

So the issue is i have 17 credits already and none of them fit into necessary transfer requirements. i want to do OR which requires(sophomore):
MATH 1910 & 1920
C S 1110 or 1112
CHEM 2090
PHYS 1112 E
First-Year Writing Seminars

I can finish all the requirements by the end of next Semester, so its ready for Fall 2011, but Math1920 since its Multi variable and im in Calc 1. Which i can finish over the summer.

But i have no groundwork into college, and no GPA to prove that i am a solid student, so i assume they will default to my 1860SAT and my lackluster HighSchool GPA around 3.5.

OR i can wait and transfer for Spring 2010, by the Spring Semester I will have 17+19+15ish+15ish= 66ish credits and some of that will definitely be spilled-over/non-counting credits.

So The Ultimate Questions are:
Do AP Credits count as Transfer Credits?
Can i somehow transfer for Fall 2011 and have them care less about my bad Highschool scores?
Will they be able to see my Fall 2010 GPA?(Hope they can)
And is it possible for me with my current Amount of Credits to transfer as Junior, without passing the 60 credit limit?

Sorry for the wall of text, please read and reply.

Do AP Credits count as Transfer Credits?
Yes. And you can only have a maximum of 60 transfer credits.

Can i somehow transfer for Fall 2011 and have them care less about my bad Highschool scores?
Do well first semester and get a stellar midterm report in the spring.

Will they be able to see my Fall 2010 GPA?(Hope they can)
Yes. Transfer apps aren’t due until 4/1 (or 3/15, forgot which).

And is it possible for me with my current Amount of Credits to transfer as Junior, without passing the 60 credit limit?
Probably yes if you can finish all the requirements in 2 years.
And I’d think it’s pretty hard for anyone in the engineering school to do that.
