Cornell Transfer Fall 2021

My checklist is gone (Arts and Sciences)

Damn CAS only accepts around a hundred transfers each round. The fact that so many people are getting their decisions today is surprising

CAS applicant here, nothing happens to my portal :face_with_thermometer:

Iā€™m applying to CAS for physics! Iā€™m about to check my portal to see if my checklist is still there

anyone in CALS have the check list disappear ?

:crossed_fingers:t2:Good luck

Mine is still thereā€¦

Based on previous threads it seems like no engineering applicants got accepted the first wave, so I guess itā€™s a good thing our checklists havenā€™t disappeared lol

Last year on CC not a single non-TO CAS applicant got accepted off the first wave. Some got in off the second wave. Hopefully, that was just a coincidence and the only difference is people on the first wave submitted earlier

Hope u all are having a great day despite the crippling anxiety.
Question: for those of you whose checklist disappeared for CAS what was the last day you turned in any application stuff (transcripts, update letters, recs, etc)???

Mid March, around 3/12

FEB 12 was mine

Uh oh That doesnā€™t sound good haha

If Im being honest, the only thing that puts me off is by how many non-To Cas are gonna be receiving decisions today. CAS gives very limited acceptances and I feel because so many TOs will be getting accepted first round, they are gonna balance that with Non TO rejections. Again, thatā€™s what i think

my friend got into CAS first round non-TO last year

What major was he?

not sure

While there is nothing set in stone, there is always a trend and that is that first waves are TO acceptances with Non TO denials

That is a major win. Sincerely hope several non-TOs get in
