Yes, but I attend college in the States

what does it even look like when your checklist disappears?

disappeared on 10 am EST. Shows “Cornell University requires official documentation as part of the application process. For students who are admitted and enroll, the Undergraduate Admissions Office verifies the authenticity of information submitted as part of the application process for a random sampling of entering students.”

While Dyson is located within both CALS and SC Johnson, its technical placement within Cornell is only through CALS.

So, regardless of if you applied to CALS AEM or Dyson AEM, I think the application actually goes the same place — and to be reviewed by the same committee, since the program and its college requirements are the same.

An example of a program where two schools offer the same major (but it might be beneficial to apply to CALS) would be something like Biological Sciences: both CAS and CALS offer bio, but the college requirements (and thus admissions) are different even though the major is the same.

SHA & Dyson apps are all reviewed by the same committee of the College of Business tho.

Wow, I just applied to the most competitive school at Cornell. There’s no way I’m getting in

Is there anyone who got a reply from Human Ecology?

They’re actually… not?

From what I can tell, SC Johnson only reviews Hotelies’ apps — and, as a result, SHA has an “Apply” page on the Johnson website, and admitted Hotelies have custom school requirements to fufill in order to graduate.

By comparison, while SC Johnson does have a page for Dyson, and will list its academic requirements, the actual apply page (and list of college requirements in order to graduate) actually defers to that of CALS.

I applied & i have not
