transeval.cals.cornell.edu is the site for the actual course evaluation, but it can display a āblankā welcome screen (ie. without name / major) at times when youāre not signed in.
going via oap.cals.cornell.edu instead ā and hitting āaccepted students sign inā (where it then bounces you to transeval afterwards) ā is where youāll be hinted.

ok i went to the second link and it basically said āAccess to the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) Transfer Credit Evaluation site is limited to applicants who have received official notification of admission to CALS. If you have not yet received your official notification of admission, please check back.ā

yeah, it should say that! if your decision hasnāt been made/released, itāll defer to that language once you sign in.
butā¦ if on decision dayā¦ you log in and you donāt see that? (usually itāll say "welcome cornellian, major: big red bearology" and then maybe a ātransfer credit processingā or something) thereās your sign
