Bro that’s why I did not put organic chemistry on the college report. I eventually resent the college report but they said if you send a statement on the portal it should be fine. But it is not a good idea to drop a class that you reported to them.
Yes! I can’t find any Facebook groups
There’s one now. Since I can’t post the link here you should search up “Cornell Transfers for Fall 2021” on facebook to find the group!

Hi all. Previously someone had stated that the top of the decision letter near the Cornell emblem would be slightly different depending on if you were accepted or rejected. I just wanted to state that this does not seem to be valid for this year, as I know someone who was rejected and their letter read “Admissions and Enrollment”, and my acceptance letter says the same thing at the top.
I also applied physics, did you got your decision?
Hey guys I am planning to try and transfer to Cornell next year after a year at my state school. Do you know if the different schools have different admit rates? Like does HumanEco have a higher admit rate than CAS?
Also congrats on those who got in!! Hope to join you guys in 2022.
Hi, how many of you received a TO from CAS last year? Someone from another thread told me only the state school side gave them out. However, my daughter’s friend who applied to CAS got a TO on Ivy Day. Want to know if there is a chance we will get it later when the waitlist is closed. Thanks.
I’m not 100% sure of what the acceptance rate is for present day, but I have this document from Fall 2011 for freshman by college. I heard that the acceptance rate for Dyson is at least 3%. Of all the colleges, SHA has the highest acceptance rate. I think for transfers it’s at least about a bit lower per college from the freshman table. https://dpb.cornell.edu/documents/1000003.pdf
CAS is actually relatively new to the TO game — I think either last year (2020) or the year before (2019) was the first year they started handing them out. For that reason, I get the feeling that there aren’t too many.
I’m not sure if CAS gives many of their waitlists TOs or not, but there are definitely stories of both waitlisted kids getting offered TOs and many being straight-up rejected once admissions is over. It’d certainly be a nice surprise to be offered one!
Thank you!
do you guys think we’ll get a big wave this Tuesday
I hope so
I haven’t heard anything!
A big wave of ACCEPTANCES, yasssssss! Let’s stay positive (this is me after being super stressed for the past 2 days LOL).

AWW that’s so sweet thank you! I am an out of state student so I have never even been to NC, but I think it’s a good fit for me if I don’t get into my other schools. I got in Wake, but I dont think I am a fit socially. I am majoring in Psychology & Philosophy!
