Hi! Should I be worried if I applied to CALS and havenā€™t heard from them as yet? Does anyone know when should the rest of us expect to hear?

Nah, I wouldnā€™t worry. Most CALS havenā€™t heard back yet, as far as we know from this thread. I have not heard back either. Last year a lot of CALS heard back in June. Are you TO or non-TO?

TO means Transfer Option, itā€™s one of the options given to incoming freshman who applied from HS (aside from Accept/Reject). TOā€™s go through the same transfer process but have better odds of getting in. Non-TOā€™s are regular transfers who go through the usual odds.

People who have been accepted. Have u guys gotten the fin aid package yet? If yes, how does it look it and does Cornell negotiate the package if i have a great offer from a place like Emory

Itā€™s always worth asking if you receive a better FA package from one school, especially if itā€™s need based aid.

Merit aid is trickier because thatā€™s not an apples to apples comparison.

Hello Everybody,

I have applied for transfer admission to College of Engineering.
I have applied for CS major.

Stats:
Current College: Community College in NY
Major: Computer Science
GPA: 3.984
Recommendation letters: Math and Computer Science professors
Extracurriculars: Math Club, Sports

I have been accepted into UIUC, RIT and SBU so far.
I am really stressed about this decision.
When does it usually come out??
any help would be appreciated!!
