@nuttyprofessor Same I’ve been telling myself I’m prepared but I had a stress dream about Ivy Day last night and I think my subconscious is trying to tell me something lol
Just curious, are guaranteed transfer options only offered to those who applied for ED but got deferred?
@allima where are you going as your 2nd choice? Hope u get your favorite place!
@allallj no they are not. My friend was offered guaranteed transfer after applying RD to ILR last year
@DryMango thanks
Man, these last days have been going by like molasses… Anybody else feel? Just let us know, Cornell!
Ugh right?? The waiting is killing me
quick question- does anyone know where they release their decisions? is it through the portal?? because I can’t get in
@collegedreamzzzz Yep, it will be through the portal. Email too will be sent I think.l Decisions will be uploaded on March 30 5 pm EDT onwards. Portal is up again
@collegedreamzzzz In the email it says ‘we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to view your decision’ but I’d assume it’s through the portal as all the other colleges are.
@collegedreamzzzz @greenstudent in the portal, it now says they will send an emil about decisions. Also, most definitely will be there in the portal.
@angelkitty247 I had a stess dream too
More like a night mare really
But im still really trying to put my chin up and hope for the best
I think dreams like that are just manifestations of your fear. I prayed about it when I woke up anyway. Maybe you should too
ok cool because my portal isn’t working… anyone else?
my portal works
Portal working fine
My portal works
Mine too
Good luck everyone for tomorrow!
Hiya! I’m new to this thread, I’ve been watching it from the background but made an account so I could share this:
I found the decision portal (though when you log in it still says decisions will be available Thursday at 5pm, but just for anyone who wants it).

If you say forgot pin and put in your email it will send the pin to you. I realize it’s a little childish to be snooping around for ways to get your decision early at this point, but I’m just so anxious >-<
Hi friends!! Quick question, I was just admitted to USC but I really want to go to Cornell next year. I am confident in my chances because they have been showing some interest in me and I have been showing tremendous passion for the school, however if I am not admitted I will still need a backup plan. Is there a way I can discuss a transfer plan with them or does that only occur when they offer one to you? Like would I have to reapply as a transfer student or is it possible for them to offer me a transfer plan? Does it improve my chances of being accepted as a transfer to be a student at a school of comparable merit like USC?
