@transfer0000 technically I am a rising sophomore but credits wise I will be around second-semester standing. I got accepted to one of my top schools already but if I get into Cornell I will have to compare them
@heyigotnoclue I’d try calling ITS. Maybe they could help? If you’ve done everything right, there’s nothing much I can say.
@heyigotnoclue The PIN trick doesn’t work this year, so that site is invaluable to you
@aspiringgirl - OH Thank god lol ty
Checklist still there. What am I looking at now?
@Thomas7287 They disappear on Tuesdays so you’re still good!!!
@aple It said that in the portal when I was accepted.
does anyone’s financial aid portal look different?
Did the transfer transcript from the financial aid portal disappear for anyone (no initiated and no ordered just disappeared)
Has anyone from bioengineering been accepted (I applied through engineering)? Also I am an international student, I don’t know if that makes a difference.
Everything looks the same on my app, both the FA portal and application checklist.
@GGTRIG im pretty sure there has always been an engineering waitlist. in the past years threads people have gotten waitlisted. also congrats on the acceptance!
my FA still says inquiry access denied LOLLLL
Hey guys, I have been rejected from two schools so far, so like, I’m very very sad, and I don’t know where else to talk about this so I just wish everyone luck tomorrow
@heyigotnoclue did you click the “view financial aid decision” tab or the “check application status” tab? I believe anybody who has not been accepted yet will have the “inquiry access denied” message pop up if they try to log in via the “view financial aid decision” tab. At least, that is the case for mine. When I log in via “check application status”, it shows up with things still as “initiated”. I don’t know if this helps ease any stress for you, but I hope it may.
@dooleys - hiiii - im dumb so i click the one below “check application status” and taht all shows inquiry access denied.
now if i go through the check application status, it just says transfer transcript initated. TYSM
@zigwammy I feel your pain bb, you got this!
To those who were accepted, did your finaid checklist say ordered or initiated for the transcript?
hey, so I was checking my financial aid checklist, and I used to have several documents on it that were marked as “initiated,” now I only have three documents on there with “initiate.” I have the transcript, w2 form and tax return.
do y’all have any idea why some of the other documents were removed? could it be a good sign? I wasn’t expecting much considering I was rejected from brown and stanford, but now im slowly just clinging on hope for Cornell and dont know what to expect.
Am I the only one here not applying to FA? So there’s no way to tell about “initiated” or “ordered” or something like that, which makes me kinda anxious. Also my portal looks exactly the same as two months ago lol. Hope everyone get some good news tomorrow
