The reason why my gpa is low, is because I was going through bullying in high school.

Match. Other than the GPA, you’ve got a kickass profile. That SAT is a HUGE boost.

Chance back? <a href=“CORNELL?? I will chance back :D - Chance Me / Match Me! - College Confidential Forums”>http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1643642-cornell-i-will-chance-back-d-p1.html</a></p>

My son was just admitted as an Honors Student to Cornell w/ an SAT of only 2150 BUT a weighted GPA of 4.56 and unweighted 4.0. I see lots of clubs and some public service ( hopefully with many documented hours ). Musician ? Top Varsity Athlete ( Cornell is a D1 school ) ? What major do you seek ? A STEM major ? What STEM AP classes have you taken ? As far as " bullying " goes, excuses are like belly buttons, everyone has one, don’t even demean yourself inserting that in your application. Have you considered a more Arts based University with all your dancing and Beauty Contest work ?
