Cornell v. Hamilton v. Tufts

Like most people right now I'm freaking out about picking the right college. I've narrowed it down to three (cornell, hamilton, and tufts). If anyone could give me a little insight about what life is like on these campuses. For instance, is it all study no fun? Is your life dominated by school? Do people actually want to be at this school?. It might be important to know that I want to go into engineering... I know if I went to Hamilton I would have to take an indirect route for an engineering degree.

Any help is appreciated!

For engineering I would narrow it down to Cornell or Tufts. Both are good, but I would go with Cornell.

Cornell is a top ranked engineering school and has a well known name–an Ivy.

Tufts is in/near Boston. That gives it an advantage. But Ithaca is a great small town and there is a lot going on at the school.

Having a D go one school and a niece go to the other, you can have a good time at either school. They are not filled with students in the library on a Sat. night. There will be some. But that is ok too.
