Cornell vs Brown

<p>I got into both of these schools and now I've got to make a decision between them. I'm planning on majoring in engineering. I have heard lots of great things about both, not too much negative. From what I've gathered, Brown students are probably happier overall but the actual engineering education is better at Cornell.</p>

<p>I have been leaning towards Cornell recently simply because I know several people there who I trust who have told me great things about it. I haven't really spoken with anybody who has come from Brown, nevermind their engineering program.</p>

<p>If anybody could offer some insight that would be nice... especially if you have some experience with both schools.</p>

<p>Cornell has a much better engineering program, although the CS at Brown may be very good. Brown students are probably happier and some say they are the students are the most attractive of all the Ivy League colleges. However, Brown is known to probably be the worst academic Ivy.</p>
