Hey Guys!

I just wanted to get some advice, for choosing between Case Western and Cornell.

Im going for BME with maybe pre-med (not completely sure).

Case Western:
Im getting about $20,000 per yr.
Has BME major that's ranked 9th.

Cornell:
Don't know how much financial aid from Cornell (probably none).
Overall strong engineering that's ranked 8th.
Ivy league.
Doesn't have BME as a major. I would have to take it as a minor with Biological and Environmental engineering as the major.

However, since Cornells overall engineering is strong, I think there might be more options if I decide to switch from BME to some other engineering field. So which one do you guys think I should choose? If I decide to go on to med school, which one would be better? If I decide not to go to med school or dont get in, and then go on to grad school, which one would be better?
How does the level of difficulty of classes and job/intership/research opportunities for Case Western and Cornell compare?
