Cornell vs CMU vs USC BME Graduate program

I'm accepted to Cornell MEng, CMU MS w/o thesis and and hoping to get into USC MS program. Does anyone know what the pro's/con's of each are? Potential of getting a job after them? It's a pretty tough decision but I know I want to work in the medical device industry. Is it possible to get a PhD after an MEng?

From what I’ve been told from graduate program coordinators that I’ve spoken to, the M. Eng is specifically for a career in industry. The traditional M.S. thesis option leaves the door open for people who want to get their Ph.D. as it involves research which is a good portion of what aspiring doctorates do and won’t hurt your chances of going into industry if that’s what you decide to do. The M.S. without thesis option is for people looking for a career in industry when they graduate. If you’re not sure where you want to go after grad school, the M.S. thesis option may be the way to go as it leaves the most options open.
