Cornell vs. Columbia vs. Wash U St Louis?

I was accepted as a transfer in the junior year in all 3 schools. I was wondering which one would you chose-- Cornell vs. Columbia vs. Wash U St Louis?

I personally was thinking going to Wash U... I heard it is difficult to maintain a good GPA at Cornell. While Columbia in NYC may be overhwhelming for me.

Or should I stick to one of the Ivys? Is there a reason to choose Cornell or Columbia because they are ivy leagues over Wash U?

What's your major?

I am a pre-med/ science major. Will apply to med school next year.

Since you are still an undergraduate, I would either go to Cornell or Columbia. Of those two, Cornell is a better science school overall. WUSTL on the other hand from what I have heard, is the school with real cut-throat competition for pre-meds.

i don't know about columbia, but i have heard that both cornell and washu are really cutthroat.

that said, any of those three are great. Make a list of the pros and cons of each school, ie. big classes, diversity classes, smaller community, and so forth, and decide which is better for you.

person i would choose columbia or cornell, but that's because i'mpartial to new york.

i would go to cornell or wash u- both have excellent reputations for premed and are excellent schools
