Just out of curiosity...
in terms of engineering (not including BME since JHU is obvi #1), which do you think is more difficult to get accepted to? / which do you think has a better program?

I could be somewhat off base with this since I’m not actually that familar with JHU, but since JHU has such a good biomedical program and since it is basically what the school is known for, I would guess that a lot of the focus is there and that it may hurt their other engineering programs somewhat.

In everything besides biomedical engineering Cornell is ranked higher, take from what whatever you want. I don’t know which one is harder to get into.

JHU’s engineering program is not that great. it is a great school, but cornell engineering tops it for sure. I have a friend who goes to JHU engineering and it is a lot of work but another friend of mine at cornell surpasses my JHU knowledge in engineering.
