I'm not sure where I should go. I'm a Canadian but I live on the west coast, so both are considered far from home. I've been accepted to Cornell's "Biological and Environmental Engineering" program, which I have no clear idea what is about ( I like biological or biomedical engineering, but not environmental. What's the difference between BEE and Biological Engineering anyway?) If I go to McGill I'll be doing Bio major + Music minor. Where should I go? Is there a difference between Canadian and American colleges? I'm not sure if I want to to go medical school or not after graduating, but I've heard that Canadian medical schools rarely accepts American students. Is that true?

Is money an issue for you? Are you a Canadian citizen?

Cornell hands down!

money is not an issue

If money is not an issue, I would say Cornell. I had a similar debate on my hands for a while... and with money an issue things were fairly close (though still leaning to Cornell).
